At 9 months after orthognathic surgery, plates and screws were removed and implant insertion and bone graft were done step by step at edentulous area. All implants were maintained stably at last 5 years after orthognathic surgery. There were no complications. The marginal bone around implant was also maintained stably. At point of orthognathic surgery, there was no relapse or postoperative infection.
